Hammer curl routines. This is almost similar to the bicep curl. The only difference is that with hammer curls, the palms are facing each other. Just a slight change in the palms’ direction makes this particular regimen more intense and powerful. You can complement the hammer curls with your bicep curls and concentration curls to achieve optimum result.
