What happened is, I found that I could barely breath after taking just 10 minutes to play with my daughter outside.   It&rsquo;s true, I was bad enough out of shape that I couldn&rsquo;t play with my daughter. </p>

<p> It just breaks your heart when your daughter looks at you with disappointment because you aren&rsquo;t able to play with her because you&rsquo;re too overweight.   I couldn&rsquo;t help but break down when my little baby girl gave me that look of sadness.   I didn&rsquo;t expect to ever feel this way.      And my little baby being disappointed in me is no one&rsquo;s fault but my own because I haven&rsquo;t taken care of myself. </p>
<p>  During this time I was very mad at myself for letting myself go.  I use to be an atheletic person, I never thought I would get fat and overwieght.  I never thought their would be a time when my little girl would be sad and dissappointed in me because I couldn&#8217;t get off the couch and play with her because I was overwieght and out of shape. </p>
<p>  The look of sheer disappointment in her eyes is something that just killed me.    I needed help so I could change things.    And of course, while I was sitting on the couch, I found the answer to my problems.   I saw a commercial for the P90X workout program by Tony Horton.  Wow, I saw that commercial and I saw the change that the people on tv had.     These were people like me.   And they were all fat and out of shape. </p>
<p>  So, of course, I called the number and bought the P90X workout program.    The price, which was $100, was well worth it if it works.  If this helps me get of this couch and change my life, so I can play with my little girl again and make her proud of me, then it would be worth any amount of money. </p>
<p>  A few days later, UPS delivered my P90X workout program.    I was just so excited and happy.    I could now maintain respect from my daughter and anyone else.   Of course it wouldn&rsquo;t be easy, but I was determined to make it work for me.</p>
<p>I got up that night and made time to do the first workout, OMG, it was so hard.  I felt like I was going to die, but I kept going.   I worked out for about an hour.    Throwing up is all I could think of as I made my way to the shower, but I didn&rsquo;t. I made it to the bed and the next morning I could barly walk, but I pushed forward. </p>
<p>  After a week of that because of how out of shape I was, I began to see a huge difference in my body and felt great.  I wasn&#8217;t as sore  and I could actually see my body changing.  I was amazed, I really could tell this was working. I knew at that point I could do this, I could really do this and get my body back in shape. </p>
<p>  As a whole month passed by, I was loving how I felt.    I was feeling great while my life changed.   I had more energy and I was losing weight, which put me close to my goal of being able to play with my little girl without seeing the disappointment in her eyes. </p>
<p>Now, I have to speed up to the final month to cut this story short.    Now, 90 days, or 3 months have passed.   All the weight has been lost, I have more muscle, I can see a six pack coming on, and let me tell you how much more energy I have.    My little girl gets her old Daddy because I feel like a new man.  I&rsquo;ve gotten my lazy butt off that couch now and can enjoy life much more with my daughter.   I would still be wasting away on that couch if I didn&rsquo;t find P90X. </p>
<p>  I&rsquo;m going to take care of myself from now on so that I&rsquo;m around to see my daughter grow up and hopefully grow old.    My daughter just told me that I look like a superhero that was in her cartoon shows.  The tears came to my eyes as I thought that my little girl was finally proud of me again and I owe it all to the P90X workout program.    So all my thanks goes to the true heroes for putting out this great product that has changed my life for good.</p>

<p>1.{Dumbbells for bench presses: You should lie down on an exercise bench while holding the dumbbells in your hands. | Get the dumbbells and lie down on a bench with them in your hands. | Bench presses with dumbbells: while holding the dumbbells in hand, lie down on a exercise bench. | The Dumbbell bench press: Find an exercise bench and while holding dumbbells in your hand, lie down. | Bench pressing with dumbbells: On an exercise bench, make sure you lie down while holding the dumbbells.  The dumbbells should be firmly positioned on top of the chest with the elbows at a ninety degree angle.   Feet should be flat on the floor. <p>2. Chest flies using Dumbbells: In order to work the whole chest, it helps to add bench flies even though it&rsquo;s only felt on the outside of the chest.  The first thing to do is go to an exercise bench and lie down.   Now take the dumbbells firmly, holding them over your chest.   With the elbows slightly bent, face your palms inward.   Then in a wide arc, lower the weights by the sides.   After reaching shoulder length, lift the weights up again.  Eight to twelve repeats per set will do.  Increase the number of repeats and weights as you grow stronger. </p>
<p>3. Pushups: A chest exercise that is regarded as the most effective.  Thigh, back and abs are also worked with the chest when doing pushups.  When doing pushups, try not let your abs droop and your also trying to keep your back straight at the same  time.   Now, get down on your hands an knees with the hands directly below the shoulders to support your weight.  Bend your arms from elbow position and let your chest go down just about it is above the floor.   Now push yourself back up, straightening your arms.  Repeat this exercise 8-12 times and increase number of sets every time. </p>
