Develop a hobby. Most people who are overweight take up eating as a hooby. Perhaps join a club or start painting. The important thing is that you enjoy it and it keeps you from eating too much.
It is very important that you motivate yourself for weight loss. It’s also the hardest one. However, if you manage to talk yourself into the activity each day, then chances are you won’t have much problem.
