Learn How to Jump Higher

Man might not be able to fly, but we can jump. When it comes to jumping not everyone is able to achieve really high heights. If you are looking for ways to improve your jumps then you will need to take certains steps towards this goal. The good news is there are many easy exercises that can achieve this. With these exercises, you’ll be going much higher before you know it.

WARMING UP

Exercises should never be started without a warm up. If you fail to do this, you stand a high risk of causing cramps in your muscle. Engage in light cardio activity. You can jog gently. A good warmup will have your blood pumping.

JUMPING EXERCISES
Now that you’re ready. Your body is now ready to try out some exercises. You need to get as much flexibility and thrust in your knees. The following are some of the routines you can do.

Deep Knee Bends – This routine starts with you standing. Now bend your knees while keeping your back straight. Go as low as you can and then slowly rise again. Do this 10 to 15 times.

Deep Knee Bend Jumps – Just like the first, start with your back straight in a standing position. And then, in one swift motion, crouch really low before shooting yourself into the air. As soon as you land , again redo the process. Do 10 to 15 repetitions of this.

Toe Raises – With a firm back, stand tall. Then very gently raise yourself on your toes. Count gently to two before slowly lowering yourself. Try not to rock back and forth. Do this again 25 times.

Jumping Rope – You can get any true jumping results without more jumping. Use a jumping rope for daily exercise. This will sharpen your reflexes whilst toughening your muscles.

Jumping Lifestyles:
There are other things which you can do to improve the results of your jumping. Losing weight is one of these. Lighter people find it easier to jump higher. Observing the people that compete at high jump games will prove this. Mass works very well with gravity, this is why heavy people cannot jump far.
