Water therapy may also be considered as a natural body cleanse program. Since bodies are made up of water, keeping your cells hydrated would help it excrete the bad toxins out. They may be in form of sweat, oil, or other body wastes. The key here is to replace those body fluids with fresh water, thereby jump starting your excretory system to push out toxins out of your body and excrete them out. Water actually helps purge them.

Eight glasses of water may be enough, but you may also drink more than that. While you push those dirty toxins out, you get to circulate fresh water around your body. And since water has oxygen, you also oxygenate your whole body along the process.

Meat has high saturated fat, so you may also want to keep away from it. A detox cleansing can be one way to keep yourself healthy, and to keep yourself in the right body cleansing diet as you remove toxins from your body.
